Ever feel like it's not enough?

I feel this all the time. Right now especially. He's at NTC, and sent me a text about how frustrated he is about somethings, and I can't really tell if he's just venting or what. I have to wait weeks now to find out when I finally get to talk to him again. Not being able to talk at all makes me feel so far apart, like he's just fallen of the radar. Keep telling myself it will all work out, I just wish I could be there for him more.

i always feel like a phone convo is not enough. my guy can be really emotional sometimes. when he gets like this, he clams up and really needs someone there with him for comfort. it sucks when hes had a horrible day and i cant be there to give him the loving touch that he needs. also when he has had a happy day and is really talkative, i want to be there to share his good feelings. BUT i cant

Ya, last Friday DB called me really upset, and he really just needed to vent but I have no idea what to say to make it better. I have been really strong lately, and really positive about living with the distance for so long, but this weekend for some reason totally broke me. I miss him so much, and I get to see him in 23 days, but then have to go back to this long distance again. Sometimes its just hard to stay positive knowing that I only get to see him for a few days every few months for the next 3 years. And all my friends go out with their boyfriends, and I stay home alone, just missing him. Ok sorry, Its just so hard!

i think most of the time it is enough for them just to talk to someone outside the situation, or someone they can drop their guard around, to tell how he really feels. thats the way i look at it.

Me too, DB has a bit of a temper and he always tell me it is worse cause he is frustrated cause we aren't together and he wouldn't get as mad if i was there w/ him Damn how i wish i could be!!!
