been doing something and just felt completely overwhelmed?

I was helping a friend shoot a video for his film class and it was very windy. Well, a group of guys walked by making cat calls and stuff to screw up the recording and when the wind hit me, so did the waterworks. I burst into tears.
All i smelled was josh, not just his cologne, but him, every bit of him. Here I am, on video tape, in the middle of a parking lot, bawling my eyes out because of a scent...

the worst part was, I didn't have it in me to try to hold my breath. I wanted to follow those guys just so I could smell him...

i'm sorry

i will start having flashbacks of DF and me. it's hard cause i want to think about them cause they are so happy, but at the same time they always hit at the wrong time.

I never cry, but back in December a mutual friend of ours made a passing remark about DB at work and I started bawling. I missed him so much and I didn't think I was going to make it thru the deployment. I had my break down in front of 300 people...I was a wreck. I look back on it with my friend and laugh. It was a ****ty day.

I know the feeling too. Especially hurts when I see my friends out with all their DBs' and I just wish I could see mine...thats when the thousands of miles that separate us seem so much longer. When I see all this or as you said smell, its like a stab to the heart...but I love him so much I bear it and wait for him still.

I'm not a crying type of person but when I'm missing him, the littlest things will make my eyes water. A song on the radio, a picture, a memory, etc.

I am a box of emotions waiting to explode! I hate that about myself! I will cry at the drop of a hat when it comes to Ben. I've gotten better recently but I am very sensitive so I cry when I'm mad or sad. I think nighttime is the hardest! Sometimes we will get on our webcams and I'll place my laptop in the bed with me and he'll do the same. We can kinda watch each other sleeping...the call usually drops somewhere in the night but we feel closer to each other. Ben is a sweetheart

im pretty good at not crying but there are days where anything could make me cry...for example the other day i was driving to work and passed a gas station where i saw a man in acus i started bawling..ive cried after just coming off the phone with him cause i miss him so much. the hardest part is he lived with me so every room of my house there is some memory of him..i live on a farm and we used to take walks everyday and now i cant hardly even take a walk cause he should be there walking with me. being around other couples is really hard. most of the time i can put on a brave face and power through the day but there are definately triggers that make it hard
