For me it is sending DH packages! Coming up with ideas, putting them together, waiting for them to get there, and his excitement when he gets them. Every step makes me happy and makes me feel more connected to him.

What makes you all feel good while you are apart from your SO?

Hearing how excited he gets when I tell him about details of the wedding coming together!

When I put new pictures on facebook and he comments on them and vice-versa. I take the most trivial pictures for him, like brushing my teeth or making a cake, and he adores them

Writing letters. He doesn't expect them since we get to talk on the phone so much, but he loves having the physical evidence that I love him

i love sending DF packages. i just like buying things for him in general. it's a bad habit

While I studied abroad in Europe and he was at LeJeune we couldn't always talk so I kept a journal of things I wanted to be able to tell him if I could just call him up and talk. Anything I was worried about or was feeling I just wrote down, now that I've almost filled up the journal I'm going to give it to him so its like he was there with me all those times.

making packages for DB, it's a way for me to send a little piece of myself to him. I also like sending letters and cards, so he has something to hold that comes from me

anything that involves planning. planning involves thought and creativity and keeps me occupied and feeling organized and like im doing good and all. so sending packages, planning events, making things, activities with dd or the dog even sometimes day to day activities, vacations, going out to eat etc....
