i juice and make smoothies because it's an easy way to get in all those micronutrients. the average american doesn't get nearly enough veggies and fruits(mainly veggies), therefore lacking vital nutrients, therefore lacking in proper bodily functions and health.

I made a juice this morning using canned peaches, kale, spinach, and baby carrots. It was pretty tasty.
