wow- that's pretty thorough. I would add- do you leave the toilet seat up No but seriously, these are all important questions that I think anyone who is looking for a serious relationship should discuss. (maybe not all at once)

I'm totally copying this list to a word document to ask my DB when he comes up here in a few weeks. haha. Most of them i already know, just because I've known him for so long..but there are definitely some interesting ones... like... do you believe in spanking, managing funds, how were you disciplined.... random things that haven't come up but would definitely be important if we married/had kids..

He's not a big talker especially about emotions... I like to say "DB does not do emotion" to tease him, but I think if I ask him without putting the pressure on I can find out some inteerrresting stuff.

If someone sat me down with a list of 70 questions and wanted answers, I certainly would not answer, and I probably wouldn't see them again. This is not 7th grade. I don't take surveys about my life for fun. Making a note to bring a few of them up in conversation before a date or something, sure. But the second someone brings out a list? Oh hell no. See ya. ESPECIALLY after the "Is there any history of major illness in your family." Why should that even be an issue? Oh no, your mom had cancer, now I can't be with you?

Communication is important. A list of 70 questions you ask a potential suitor to fill out could ruin any chance you have with him.
