ASYMCA Operation Kid Comfort

Has anyone done this? I am really considering it, just wondering if anyone had done it and could offer any feedback. Thanks!

I have pictures of dh up and Cameron gets excited and points at them throughout the day, but I just thought it would be so neat to have a blankie that he could cart around anywhere he wanted with daddy's pictures on it.

Yeah, that would be really neat. The ASYMCA has a lot of great programs!

they are neat...they do take between 6-10 weeks to get done, but WORTH IT

Cool! I think I am going to put in for one tonight, Cameron will still have it for plenty of the deployment even with the wait time.

When I called the lady on the phone said 10 to 12 weeks

I just talked to Korena last week and she said 6-10 but that very well could have changed.

yeah they are saying on an average 10 to 12 since alot of ships are leaving on deployment are they already are out there getting so many orders they are backed up. Right now there are over 25 ships from san diego that are deployed. Thats not including the ones getting ready to leave shortly either.
