    Duh

I made pan seared pork chops with a butter/garlic/scallion sauce. For dessert was homemade raspberry champagne cupcakes with raspberry buttercream frosting. DB was supposed to come over but came down with the flu and is sick as a dog. Dinner and dessert was good though! Kept me busy too lol. My daughter liked it, but my son just ate garlic bread

My parents were in town and my dad made what he calls "chicky rice". It's basically just chicken and seasoned rice. Delicious and comforting!

DH made ribs on his infrared cooker and I got HEB potato salad and macaroni and cheese. It was a pretty delicious and comforting Sunday night meal

Tonight I'm making steaks and baked potatoes (because today is National Steak and BJ Day )
