Well... see... I'm tired of meal planning... SO I'm gonna come to your place 'cause your meal plan sounds awesome! LOL

I don't really plan ahead... I mean, I do a little bit of freezer cooking so I've got about a dozen meals in my freezer right now... (most of which I can't eat now that I'm pregnant... too strong of tastes ) but I cook about 4-5 times a week and hubby brings home pizza or wings the other 2 days (he works at Pizza Hut... love/hate relationship there! ROFL). Tonight he left before supper... so I'm having a baked potato and 2 fried eggs for supper

    Right now I've got:

    Kielbasa and cheese tortellini
    Taco salads
Breakfast supper-I can make pancakes, eggs, egg and cheese sandwiches...the kids get to pick
BBQ chicken quarters with corn and beans
    Turkey burgers and hot dogs
    Tilapia and quinoa
    Rice, beans, and corn
Chicken wings with broccoli and either watermelon or cantaloupe
    Chili
Leftover day-probably have 2 or 3 of those
And for any lazy day I'be got grilled cheese, fish sticks, or chicken nuggets

Since I'm a vegetarian I will just eat a salad, veggie plate with hummus, or some of the sides I end up making. I will eat the taco salad (for me I make a bean) and the rice, bean, corn, and chili that are the list though.

Is the chicken raw and marinating, or precooked? If precooked, how do you heat it up?

For the pot pie it is precooked. I just pull one of the dinners out of the freezer the night before and put it in the fridge to defrost. For the chicken pot pie I then just cook it at 350 for 35-40 min. The rest are raw chicken marinating and I throw those in the crock pot...or pressure cooker if I forgot to throw the dinner in the fridge the night before
