Big Grin DH award gallery wall

    Advertisements
First, I have to say it's been a VERY long time since I've been on here. Very long time! So hey...
I thought if anybody had some great ideas, I might find them here. Here's what I'm doing...my dh retired so I made him a galley wall with his awards and plaques. It's looking a little boring so I need to dress it up a bit. If you have done this for your husband/spouse, can you post pictures? I'll try and post one of ours later.

    Thanks!

Ah.. the infamous "I Love Me" wall..

I can't post a pic as I am not home, but DH has always done his own, putting up whatever is important to him.. from photos, to plaques to awards... even a shadow box of his medals with rank in the center....

I gave all of my things to my parents and they have them on a book shelf in the living room. We have DHs but we won't be displaying them since it will look like I have nothing.

    We have our stuff displayed.
We have pictures, trinkets, money, souvenirs, and other stuff from different countries and events mixed in with the certificates and awards to break it up a little.

DH is hyper personal so he doesn't display anything because strangers and burglers will steal his identity and ruin his life.

    I don't approve.
