    KitchenAid is....

    Advertisements
Holy shit!!! I have always loved KitchenAid appliances but they officially have me hooked for life after this morning!

We got a KitchenAid blender about 9 months ago and this morning it stopped working. I called KitchenAid's customer service to see if I could mail it in or something for them to fix it. Instead of fixing it they are mailing us a completely new blender along with a pre-paid packing slip for us to mail the old one back. And the call to arrange it all took less than 5 minutes.

You definitely pay a lot more for KitchenAid appliances but after seeing just how awesome their customer support is they have me hooked for life!

our new blender should be here within a few days!!!

My mom has had her KitchenAid mixer for almost 10 years now and it is the only mixer to have survived that many "gingerbread seasons" (we make serious gingerbread houses every Christmas). Before her KitchenAid mixer she would have to get a new blender every 2-3 years because the motors would burn out.

My aunt has a kitchenaid mixer (from my grandma) that's at least 40 years old. They got it when they bought a restaurant in the 70s, the previous owners had been using it for who the hell knows how long.

Unfortunately they're not built the way they used to be but they're still the best mixers on the market. I really want the food processor.

That is amazing that it has lasted that long!! And I agree...they really are the best mixers out there.

We have a super old Kitchenaid mixer that I love. DH's mom gave it to us because she got a new, pretty colored one and gave us her old one. It's gotta be at least 20 years old, but I love it.

I got the hand blender set as a wedding gift and I seriously am in love with it. I use it all the time for so many different things, the versatility makes me a big time supporter.
