    Kitchen storage?

    Ok, so I bought those awesome ceramic containers in which to store dry goods on countertops. I know I should put flour, sugar and brown sugar in them...but what else would be smart? I said salt, but my sister (who does a lot of cooking and baking) scoffed at me.

    What do you think?

    i have one for flour, one for white sugar, one for tea bags & one for cookies (cookies are obv in the biggest one because they are the most important
    we kicked deployment #2's butt!

    I have tea bags in one, and sugar in the other.

    Do the containers have a rubber seal? If not, then flour would probably not do well in them.

    ETA: The salt doesn't really make that much sense because most people just don't use all that much salt. Plus you would always have to remember which is salt and which is sugar.

    Ooooh, good point about sugar v salt. I didn't think of that.
