    Gum stuck in a pocket

    Advertisements
I accidentally left a piece of gum in the small zippered pocket of a travel bag I use occasionally. So now it's like the pocket is glued shut! I've tried some oxy (just dabbing a little where I get into the pocket) and even some diluted Simple Green. Any other ideas?

Wrap the whole thing in plastic and throw it in the freezer for 24 hours.

You should be able to break the sticky up then.

Put it in the freezer -- let it get nice and frozen and chances are you will be able to peel it off/the pocket apart. Goof-off/Goo-gone may also work.

Goo-gone or peanut butter... The oil breaks it up
