    Paiting laminate?

    Advertisements
Has anyone ever painted laminate furniture? I have a side table from Target. It's white, and doesn't match our new dresser, but we don't really have the money to buy another side table currently.

So, I googled painting laminate. Has any one ever done it? Is it worth it? All our furniture is brown (which sucks, because all my furniture in my room at my parents was white ) We're also sanding and painting a book shelve, but it's solid oak that I painted white with spray paint

    Any tips?

Could you put a long table cloth over it instead? One that goes to the ground in a color that goes with your scheme?

It's not that kind of table. It's square with a shelf and drawer.

    I found this though
How Do You Paint on Laminate Wood? | eHow.com

Basically you have to clean it, sand it, put on some Kilz(Wal-Mart has this stuff its awesome and cheap) then paint it. clicky
