    Advertisements
So this is the first time I have a shower with a sliding glass door, always had a curtain.

I need suggestions on the best, most effective, and least maintenance cleaner for the door out there....

We use the stuff that is a daily cleaner. Tilex I think it is spelled. After every shower, it gets sprayed.

Hmmmm, if you do it all the time, windex or a vinegar solution would be fine. If you let the hard water calcium deposits build up, you'll need a special cleaner. There is one in a yellow spray bottle that I have. I'll have to look it up!

Yeah, you really have to clean it after every shower to avoid the buildup. But, the buildup comes off pretty easy. Do you have a shower squeegee?

Another tip is, I have a small squeegie (sp) (you know the kind you use to wipe the water of a window or windshield) hanging in my shower. It's a little white one so it goes with the tile. Everytime we take a shower before we get out we use it on the glass to take the water spots off. It helps alot & I don't have to clean my glass doors nearly as often.

I had the foamy sprayer thingy, it worked well, except I could never remember to hit the button. Plus I'm kind of anal about the shower, so I end up cleaning the shower almost daily anyways.

If you plan to do it daily, windex is just fine
