    Smile Casserole Dishes?

    Advertisements
So, I'm not sure if this is the right forum... but it felt right!

I am wondering if anyone out there has a SMALLER casserole dish, and if so, where'd ya find it?

I have a Corningware one that I *think* is a 2.5 qt dish. It just is too big for just DH and I, and I have been having trouble finding one that's smaller. I use it when I cook for us and guest, like 4-6 people and usually still have leftovers. And we all know, I'm NOT eating for 4-6!

    TIA!

I have a Pyrex one that is smaller, and I LOVE it. We got it in a set with some other Pyrex things at Costco.

No idea. I THINK its this one:

Amazon.com: Pyrex Bakeware 1-1/2-Quart Casserole Dish with Lid: Kitchen & Dining

But normally if I'm making a casserole for just the two of us, I use this guy:

Amazon.com: Pyrex Grip-Rite 8-Inch Square Baking Dish, Clear: Kitchen & Dining

See, I use that 8 inch Pyrex one too... we NEVER eat it all and some always goes to waste. (Even after leftovers.) I suck at dishes.
