I was just listening to this on the radio. Have any of you taken advantage of this when moving and selling a house?!? I was just curious how difficult the process is.

it is still in the process- I do not think anyone PCSing has seen any money-

widows of KIA's and wounded warriors have preference- and there are so many that they have bumped all the others to the bottom.

there are some strict rules- on in which you had to have purchased the home before july 2006
to get any assistance.

also you have to have a loss when you sell- they are NOT buying the homes as originally planned.

at last count there were over 10,000 applicants.
