Does your house have a scent?
Does your whole house have a recurring scent throughout? Have you figured out candles and different smelly good things (there are so many these days) that flow together from room to room? Is every room different? Do you only have smell good items in some rooms? What brands to you use and where do you get them? Does it change with the seasons?

I like vanilla/sugar cookie/holiday scents (pumpkin pie, etc) in the living room/kitchen.
In my bedroom, nothing but lavender.

We don't have any scents. I like soy candles but we aren't big on lighting candles so there are never any around to make the house smelly haha. Any other scented stuff I don't usually care for because it is usually too chemical-y for me... all the sprays and plug ins and whatnot.

I don't necessarily have a scent -- but I'm pretty picky with my candle brands. I'm very partial to Root -- almost anything they make smells amazing to me. I just hate really sweet smells.
My home growing up always smelled really warm and of savory food, so I don't like sweet candles. I prefer herbal or spicy scents. ETA: Okay, I went through the house and looked: Kitchen is Root "Sampaquita" or Woodwick "Peppercorn"; Bathroom is Tyler "Terazzo," bedroom is a hand-crafted fresh-linen; and living room and office are Martha Stewart "French Thyme," which I absolutely love. |

I use the febreeze plugin air fresheners in Hawaiian breeze. Or at least I think that's what it's called lol. I have the same spray in the bathroom and I like the scent so much that it's in the living room and our bedroom. With the holidays coming up though I'll probably switch to something more Christmas-y

I use Lavender alot. At the moment my house smells of Fresh Linen - its one of my favorites. It has a nice fresh smell, but its not overly strong. The one I have is from Party Lite.

I have Sugar Cookie in the kitchen, and pumpkin in the living room. I use a citrus linen spray in the bedroom, but its far enough away from the rest of the house that it doesnt really mix. After Thanksgiving, I'll switch to a christmas scent-- probably a cinnamon something for the living room-- but the kitchen is always sugar cookie or vanilla!

I have those scented pine cones all over... smells like cinnamon and clove. The clove I pushed into the top of my pumpkins top so when we light it it heats the clove and makes a pretty smell...

I only use Yankee candels. I have a entire cabinet full of them. In tge living room, I use something seasonal (right now it's Autum Wreath) and in our room we have a Clean Cotton candle. The thing I LOVE about Yankee candles is even if they're not lit, you can smell them. I have a "sand and beach" one in the bathroom and tge bathroom always smells amazing! The only place I put a plug in is right when u walk in the door & that ones seasonal to match the living room

i usually use the same scent for the whole house except during winter and fall, then I can do stuff like cinnamon, pine, nutmeg stuff like that. but the lighter scents usually just compete with each other too much.
I usually use yankee candle or glade. sometimes Bath and Bodyworks when its cheap or my mom buys
