I got a GREAT deal on curtains at BB&B. By great, I mean they were originally $49.99 each and I got them for $2.50 each. So I paid $5 for two beautiful curtains.
![]() They're 75% silk, even. Lined. Nice barely-striped pattern. Not going to let any light in. Super long (95", I think). ... One is even the perfect chocolate brown that we wanted for the bedroom. ![]() Unfortunately, the other is cream/gold. It's the same curtain, just a different color. The two colors go well together. But, is it just totally ghetto to have a pair of mismatched curtains? Our bedroom window is huge so one won't cover it. I was thinking of getting cords to tie them back - one in brown and one in gold, and putting the gold on the brown curtain (and the brown cord on the gold curtain). ![]() So - is it too ghetto? Can I get away with it? Am I a terrible person for even considering it? (No pic 'cos I still need to buy a curtain rod and put them up.) - here's a pic of the two curtains next to each other.

How much of a color difference is there? Do you have a link to the curtains? I'm on the fence on this one.

I would probably cut them in half and sew them back together so that you have the brown on the inside and glod on the outside or sonething like that KWIM

Thanks! I don't know if I'm that talented, but I'm willing to try (or find someone who is).
More or less it's these two colors: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/prod...114645&RN=2167 Only, one curtain is each color. Not nice and mixed like that. I'll try to at least take pics of the curtains tomorrow? ![]() I'm just so sad that they only had one in the color I wanted!
