I have teflon at the moment, it isn't really non stick cause you still have to use oil or something. The teflon is starting to come off, so I am in the market for some new ones too

You can get anodized non-stick
![]() The cheap non-stick that is made with teflon arent as good because the teflon flakes off after a while. Gets into your food etc. We have Caphalon one and we went for the non-stick which is also anodized. We bought the set almost 5 years ago and it's still great.
