Chicken breast
Pork loin Veggies (generally bell peppers, romaine lettuce, baby carrots, onions, garlic, roma tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and other seasonal stuff) Fruit (apples - granny smith or Macs ONLY, plums, peaches, whatever is in season) Dried fruit (cranberries, apricots) English muffins Peanut butter Beer This is pretty much it during school time/when DH is deployed. I generally have to cook dinner for the week on Sundays, since I have class immediately after work (and it is soooo not healthy to eat in our cafeteria at school). I usually make a big batch of stir-fry, seal it up and eat that for dinner throughout the week. Lunch is always salad, unless we eat out at work. And breakfast is always an english muffin with peanut butter. This varies when DH is home and he wants me to cook something yummy! |
