Curtain Help Please!!!*UPDATED w/PICS* - Homemakers Homemaking

I need some help!!

I have a very large window and 2 small ones on either side. If i find curtains with a print for the big one would it be ok to put solid color curtains on the small windows if the big one has a print?

I was thinking of toffee or soft cream for the small windows or should i go with all the same color?

I dont know what kind of print yet...Maybe even a print. I was just wondering. Ill post a pic in a bit of the windows were working with.

Ok so here are my thoughts, I would keep it simple and do all 3 in either the print or the solid, unless you did one of the stripes, I could see that working. I wouldn't introduce too much into the room.

Personally I'm seeing solids here... like if you look at the carpet, there's the pale blue on the right, you could use that for the big window... and then the darker red on the left for the smaller windows...

Patterns might work, but I think you've already got enough pattern with the rug...

maybe mix the chocolate and the lake mist colors. But I wouldn't do solids and prints together on the same wall, unless you want two focal points.

thats what we were thinking too keeping it simple...the lake mist for the big one and the brown for the smalls. i also have a large front window we will do in whatever color we do the big one in.
