Well I went online and tried to learn how to fix it. It is making the humming noise, so I got the wrench and loosened the thing on the bottom. Then I reset the button on the bottom. It still isn't working, just making the humming noise. I don't know what could be the problem. It said stuck flywheel, but I figured I fixed that when I loosened it. Should I just give up and call a plumber(Is that who I'd call?). Landlord would foot the bill I guess.

Wow - that's impressive. I wouldn't even begin to know where to start to fix it.
I'd call your landlord and let them figure it out. That's a benefit of renting.

Yeah, lets just say I'm a procrastinator lol. The track lighting in the living room hasn't worked since DH left cause I just haven't called the electrician. My landlord is really hard to get a hold of too. I told DH I'm useless without him. However, I'm determined to have everything in working order by the time DH gets home.

My landlord is easy to get ahold of - he's just a tool and doesn't fix things. It's ridiculous.
I'd make a list of everything that needs fixed and sit down and call your LL and leave him a VM and a list of days that you're available for him to come fix it. Regardless of your difficulty in reaching him - he still is obligated to fix things on his own dollar - not expect you to take care of it!
