Dairy, non perishables (canned goods, and boxed food items), toiletries, cleaning supplies, candy/snacks.

Here's my assumption...Label it based on the sections in your grocery or commy and any other store you go to. That way, when you shop, you get things in order, you put them up for checking in order voila, coupons...Ready to be found...IN ORDER (of course this is all a theory). But it IS how I write my shopping LIST... |

First ditch that crappy folder
you will need way more than 6 pockets.Buy a 3x5 card holder ( sold at walmart for super cheap) then get some of the plastic address separators (again sold at walmart cheap) and some small square labels ( all found in the same aisle ) then start going through your coupons to label.I used to have things like Breakfast foods, frozen, dairy, health and beauty, baby ( when I had babies) snacks, condiments. I also would think about the aisle at the grocery store on how i wanted to label things. wayyy easier and you won't have to sift through sooo many coupons to find the ones you want.
