    Terriyaki marinated flank steak

    Advertisements
I whipped this marinade together this morning and let the steak marinate in the fridge all day. It was delicious!

    One flank steak 1 - 2 lbs.
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 large garlic cloves minced
    1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/4 tsp pepper

Set oven to broil. Place steak on broil pan or rack so that the steak will not sit in it's juices while cooking. Broil on each side for 6 - 9 minutes. Slice against the grain after letting steak rest for 5 minutes. Can also be cooked on the grill We had it with steamed veggies and brown rice, so good!

Try it! The leftovers are awesome too Slice it real thin and top a salad w/balsamic vinegar dressing or raspberry vinigrette. That's what I had for lunch today
