    eliminating odors...

    Advertisements
Does anyone know a good way to get pet odors out of furniture?

Apparently my cat had a little "accident" on the back of our couch (he is old and has bladder issues at times) and I can't seem to get the odor out. I've tried febreeze, but the odor still lingers and it's driving me INSANE.

    Advice?

We have a little upholstery cleaner, like a wet vac carpet shampooer but for furniture. We do that, with soap, and once it's dry, Febreeze the hell out of it. It usually takes care of the smell for us.

there are these mesh bags filled with volcanic rock...they may be able to at least get the smell out of the air.

you can buy them at home depot, but i can't remember the name. they took dead mice odor out of my parents' old house.

Febreeze actually has one for Pets. Or go to Petsmart or something, they have a lot of odor product things for pets.

There's also this stuff called Urine Gone, and I've seen it at Target before. Here's their website, good luck!
