    Hope this is the right place for this...

    I have made food! (Insert music clip from Space Odyssey 2000) Tonight I made Brown Butter and Mizithra pasta, garlic bread, and even a little salad for myself! I only had to call RileysMom once! Although I did have to brown about a whole stick of butter before I got it right....but the point is it's done. And I am full. But it's not the same without wifey to share it

    AND NO-this isn't the only time I've eaten since she went to Spokane!
    BUT-it is the first time I cooked for myself since she left
    two more days til she comes back with my RILEY!

    You should call DeWayne & let him give you some cooking classes! he is an awesome cook! I learned from him...though my cooking still sucks!

    Yay good job... that's what I would say if I actually cooked something for me DH does all the cooking I'm pathetic when it comes to that. Sounds like a good dinner though I want that now.

    sounds good..lol my dh likes to cook...when he is gone though...I eat cereal or pb and J or dips I can cook BUT why bother It sounds like a great meal....I wonder if you could do a repeat when the fam gets home???? HINT HINT!!!!!!!!
