06-27-2006 12:29 AMYou just cook it on medium high heat, until it starts to get a little bit foamy, and you can smell a nutty flavor... Then strain it and enjoy! It's really yummy on pasta with mizithra cheese sprinkled on top... such a great flavor combination!

WOW!! I'm shocked! Sorry, my hubby doesn't cook, he
blackens meats, overcooks Mac-N-Cheese to Cheese Paste and can manage Ramen noodles only because it takes less than 5 minutes which seems to be his attention span in the kitchen!

That's how Ryan usually is! I remember when he made me "dinner" one night when we had first started dating... and I ate some chicken, but I thought it was pork, becuase it was so overcooked and chewy and flavorless! Poor guy! Oh well, one dish is better than no dish, right?
