You just cook it on medium high heat, until it starts to get a little bit foamy, and you can smell a nutty flavor... Then strain it and enjoy! It's really yummy on pasta with mizithra cheese sprinkled on top... such a great flavor combination!

WOW!! I'm shocked! Sorry, my hubby doesn't cook, he blackens meats, overcooks Mac-N-Cheese to Cheese Paste and can manage Ramen noodles only because it takes less than 5 minutes which seems to be his attention span in the kitchen!

Nice job. It took me 5 years to get my dh to be able to cook something other than Hamburger helper.

That's how Ryan usually is! I remember when he made me "dinner" one night when we had first started dating... and I ate some chicken, but I thought it was pork, becuase it was so overcooked and chewy and flavorless! Poor guy! Oh well, one dish is better than no dish, right?

Hey! That sounds better than any dish my husband has made in the past few years!

A heart truly in love never loses hope, but always believes in the promise of love, no matter how long the time and how far the distance
