I want to do that this school year... I hate the drama of having to plan for dinner before the kids get home from school. It would be nice to know waaaaaaay ahead of time!

It is so satisfying to have things organized, especially evening meals!! That's one reason why I opened my "make ahead meals" store in 2006. I have over 400 freezable recipes and sometimes I take a whole sunday and assemble & freeze so I just have to thaw and bake.

Y'all might try the 'Dream Dinners' and 'Super Suppers' cookbooks. My recipes are very similiar to them and it breaks down your ingredients and how to assemble! You'll be SO surprised how much $$ you can save!!

    Thanks for that info
We are going to invest in a small freezer so that I can keep this going so I will need lots of recipes to fill it

OMG, I'm so jealous!! I love the feeling of control and the burden lifted from planning things like that.. It's where me and DH conflict. He's not a planner and doesn't understand..

What a feeling of relief you must have right now!!!
