    Question Repellents?

    Advertisements
I am going to be going to get some that go around the perimeter of the house...The spider one and the buggy one...

Anyone have any experience with them?

Since we have a huge pile of green belt by our house I want to keep them away...Someone told me the spider one works awesome...

Home Defense. Its the best on the market that homeowners can buy. It protects againest spiders, crickets and ants specifically. The only down fall is that it doesn't have a long residual, so you have to re-aply every two weeks or so.

You just spray it around the base of your foundation, your window frames and door ways. And it will really help with stoping them from coming inside.

I was in the Pest control business as a regional service manager for 7 years, so I have some experience.

Both carry it. Atleast in my area they do. I believe its in a green or orange container with its own sprayer.

The bottle should tell you how many linear ft it will cover. (just incase, linear ft is the measurment of your perimeter.) Depending on how big your house is you may need more then one. But normally one will do an average size house.

We use the Home Defense as well as spread Bayer yard granules in the spreader in the yard. We have no bugs of any kind including fleas even when our neighbors are fighting them.

So the granules work well, and is dog safe?

We have not had any issues, we spread them thin and water them into the ground and wait for the yard to dry before we put the dogs out.
