When the walls get marks on them from a chair rubbing up on it how do you clean it off without ruining the paint on the wall?
For example when I take a sponge and pass it along the wall, the paint on the starts rubbing off and then there's like a powder left on the wall when it dries.. How do I pervent that?

I use Magic Eraser also, but it still takes the pain off. I was wondering the same thing.

If the paint is really scratched so that it comes off when you scrub, you might just have to touch it up with spackle or paint That's weird because usually the Magic Eraser takes marks off walls just great...hmm...guess you could try a little dish soap and water and a soft sponge, see if that works.
