what else are we going to eat for lunch the next day. We are big leftover people.

I don't think I purposely plan for leftovers. Occasoinally I guess I do like if I'm making something with say chicken breasts I will go ahead and make 3 instead of just two. But sometimes the hubs is a little piggie and will eat what I plan as leftovers.

No, but I cook enough to make sure we don't run out, which means there are usually left overs. But my goal isn't to have left overs, it's to make sure no one leaves the table hungry.

if DH is going to have duty the next day or is out to sea, i do. i eat leftovers a lot when he's not here, but if he's here, they usually just wind up sitting in the fridge and going bad.

Most of the time I do. Today I made veggie hoagies and fruit salad. I didn't intend for there to be leftovers today. I found when I was in school it was soooo much easier on me to make meals with the intention on there being leftovers. And even though I'm not in school now I have 3 kids. I had 1 while I was in school.
