i love just folgers french roast with hazelnut creamer. no sugar. i like my coffee strong. but since you are a caterer i would go with just a regular blend with about three flavored creamers (french vaniila is a safe bet) and then a regular creamer. i mean no need to go crazy over something a few people will partake of.

I would make sure if it is at night to have regular and decaf. Also, the mixed creamers is good and a mixed cocoa packages are good also.

Go with a lite flavor Creamer like french vanilla ( its not too over powering) a fat free one and then a regular one. You don't want to go too fancy with creamer since not everyone likes uber sweet or flavored coffee.

    I will miss you SOS...

I use any kind of coffee, and Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer. Coffee Mate and International Delight both have good ones.

Just remember you are not going to please everyone. You need to find what the majority of the population wants. Sometimes the simpler is the better way to go.
