    I pick three weeks of meals for two weeks worth of food, so that we can change our minds if we aren't hungry for that particular meal. We just pick what we want each day... my list right now is;

    Spicy Thai Beef
    Chicken Penne Salad
    Herbed ricotta wontons
    Chili and cornbread
    Garlic and bell pepper farfalle
Parm chicken and olive oil pasta
    Tenderloins with onion sauce/mashed potatoes
    Turkey tacos
    Taco ring
    Homemade pizzas
    Lasagna/texas toast
    Italian chicken/salads
    Bacon, chicken and cheese quesadillas
Chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese
    Chow mein
Beef patties, rice, gravy, green beans
    Meatloaf/mashed potatoes
    Breakfast for dinner (biscuits gravy/eggs/bacon)
    Sloppy joes
    Chipotle turkey burgers and tots
    Grilled steaks and grilled polenta
    Tuna shells and salads

Me too, if I just buy random crapola at the grocery store, I find that I may or may not have all the stuff I need to make it two weeks. If I plan my meals, then I use it to make my grocery list and I know I have everything I need.

Thursday: Baked Ham, potatoes, green beans

Friday: Ricotta & Spinach stuffed shells, french bread

    Saturday: Chicken pot pie

    Sunday: Porkchops, broccoli, and rice

Monday: Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas

    Tuesday: Tacos

Wednesday: Roast whole chicken, rice, steam-fresh veggies

Thursday: Pork roast, baked potato, steam-fresh veggies

    Friday: Vegetarian chilli, cornbread

Saturday: Balsamic chicken with mushrooms, rice

    Sunday: Fruilian porkchops with linguine

That's as far as I have my meals planned out....
    Amy
