    mine! It's SO easy and your fingers don't smell like garlic afterwards (from having to peel the skin off)

    That's why I buy the pre-peeled bottle from walmart for $3.00 dollars. They are already peeled and your fingers don't smell. Ta DA

    HAHA!! I'd buy that at Sam's Club, but then I'd have to chop up the cloves too! I rarely use whole cloves in my cooking.

    That's what I do too! BUT, I set a few aside, then pour them all into the food processor, pulse it a few times, and I have instant, fresh, minced garlic! I scoop it and put it right back into the container, put the few whole ones on top, and it lasts for a few weeks! Best idea I have ever had!
