Does anyone know if its hard to work with, ie-cut and use the connectors?

I want to make some agility jumps and I was curious.
Are you scrappy enough for me

PVC is one of the easiest things you could choose to work with.
I would get a rough idea what it is you want to build (maybe even have some pics available) as any retailer worth anything will gladly explain how to use the various pieces available to best build what you are wanting to build, etc.
