When making lasagna....

Is it better to use an aluminum lasagna pan(13 x 9) or a glass 13 x 9 pan?

I usually use glass. No real reason, I just think it looks prettier.

It all depends on what you are going to do with it. I like the glass pan if it is just for the family, but if I am going to freeze it I like aluminum thing. Glass is a bit easier and I find doesn't burn as easliy.

I'm a lazy, lazy individual.. So I buy the disposable pans.. my mom made it in both..

I always use my glass 9x13 pans for casseroles and such. They work great!

depends, freeze or for easy clean up in aluminum, glass when I haven't bought any disposables.
