I was thinking of getting our house loan through the va loan offer. I am not totally familiar with it though so if anyone has any tips, sites, advice over it I would be very appreciative.... gratzi ladies

you don't get the loan thru the VA- you have to get the certificate and then apply at your financial institution.
VA rates tend to be a little higher than FHA or conventional. the interest rate can still depend on your credit score and debt to income ratio- just depends on where you go to get financed. google VA home loans for the best and most upto date information or contact your financial institution for more personalised help.
