More house hunting
We are seriously looking again now that it is spring (nothing new came on the market all winter). DF found one that he is interested in but it is only partially done, so it would require a construction loan along w/ the mortgage. I don't think we will get approved for both since the house is already at the top of our pre-approval, but He is doing all the research so i will let him figure it out for himself. Last time i did everything and was so annoyed with him not knowing anything about the home buying process. This time i am just going to sit back and let him do all the hard work.
