But it really is okay. There are SO many forclosures out here that I am sure my dream house will be here for the right price. We did our best and bid 20k over and the bank emailed us and tried to get us to have a bidding war with someone else. We refused and stuck to our guns.

On another note we are going to get a new realitor, ours sucks. I jus feel you have to be comfortable with somebody you are going to be spending 300k with! Oh well, hopefully the next one is our guy that helps us find the perfect home!

Really, it is good. My realitor refuses to entertain short sales and I think that is bogus! Someone has to buy them right?

I can get such a better deal on better houses that way!

You'll find the right place! My realtor was awesome with the short sale we just bought, if you don't have someone already...I can get you her info!
