I can't flippin belive it!
   We got the house we bid on!! The sellers accepted our offer & it is a short sale so we now wait  on the sellers bank to approve the loan etc-DH & I are in total & disbelief!!!5 bdrms 2.5 baths fenced in pool a spa a security system a pantry & garden bathtub 3 car garage grass, flowers & a firepit with a covered patio in back     certain areas have hardwood floors too I have no idea when we actually move in yet due to the waiting process but it is amazing & we are so happy-Our 1st house!
