Inspection today
The inspection for the house is today. Despite my initial anger and feelings of regret i am getting excited about it. I didn't think i was but i went and bought us a Christmas tree topper yesterday. I wish i could be there it is a big milestone to not be together for.

we need a new roof and new wiring among other things. Hopefully the sellers are willing ot offer some credits or this thing will far through!!

this is now about to become my house buying venting thread. I ma really starting to realize how much of realtor sucks. If we were not so far into this process i would fire her. She is doing everything in her power to make sure the price stays high. (and no not she is not also the listing agent). I am so pissed that i sent and email to my OS and told him if i respond it will not go well so he should.

update:
So we decided not to take the house on the account of the inspection results and the sellers unwillingness to make repairs. We will continue to be renters. |
