Definitely both...this was our second time purchasing a home, so maybe this time more on the exciting side than stressful.

i'm just starting the process and i find it stressful. i am not excited at all

it was stressful bt the excitement far out weighed the stress.

we love our home and where it is and do not regret buying for one second!

Ours was super stressful, only because I basically did it all by myself, including closing, because he was deployed.

It was equal. It was stressful once it got to the point of the stupid lender doing everything in their power to make it a pain in the ass
