the VA does not offer % rates- that you will find at your bank or mortgage company.

Our lender told me that the VA set the rates.

VA 30 Year Fixed 6.38% - 6.23%
VA 15 Year Fixed 6.00% - 6.23%

I repeat the VA does not set rates- the banks do- the VA rate listed will vary by state and mortgage lender.

if you notice in the link provided by another poster- each state offers different rates for VA- VA is only a gaurenty nothing more.
