We got a VA loan through Chase. Havent had any problems.

Ours is through a local company and they will sell it to a national company but we won't know what company until later.

We have one through Countrywide, and another house through Wells Fargo...

The only issue that we have is our property taxes on one keep going up, and up, and up.. But that's not an issue with the lender.. they both are fine, our rates are both under 6%, and I suppose that's all that matters..

How do you like Wells Fargo, Lindsay? That's another company we are looking at because we have a car loan through them and they participate in some of the CA first-time homebuyers programs....
