Ok so dh has his certificate of Eligibility-Does that have ANY thing to do with the amount we will be approved for loan wise??? Or are they 2 seperate things???
Also is there a timeframe in which they(the certificate) last or are they good for a couple of yrs???

How long is my COE (Certificate of Eligibility) good for? Your certificate is good until you use it, however, many lenders will require you to get an updated one within 60 days of your closing to verify that it hasn't been used.

ok so i get an email saying that i should request my certificate of eligibility immediately. so i downloaded the blank form. do i just send that in? the realtor doesn't do it?
