I used a piece of handmade paper (super thick). Then on top of that I layered a thinner sheet of handmade, just a darker color, and sort of at an angle. Then there's a couple of even lighter handmades just to accent the pictures, they didn't show on the picture, I guess the flash washed them out. The pictures are from an old baby calendar I had laying around, just cut them around until I found what I wanted.
Then pasted a vellum quote on top of everything  I need to go to michaels and buy a tassle, and coat the whole thing in a decoupage medium so it gets a glossy look.
