    Anyone find that it is totally addicting? I have so much to do, but can't stop..I'm not even making anything that needs to be done soon, and I just really can't stop! It's ridiculous

    Girl,

    I got a beginners knitting set for xmas, then cos i couldnt figure it out- i got the book "knitting school" and then i still couldn't figure it out- so i got the book- knitting for dummies.

    I STILL CAN'T DO IT!

    It's probably because it's hard to learn from a book, well at least for me it was. I got a book when I was 10 and couldn't do it, my fiance's mother taught me 2 years ago, I can't do anything complicated. I just make scarfs, basically. My goal is to be able to make my grandchildren sweaters when they are born, so I have a few decades to get good!

    Thats so cute.

    I learnt french knitting at school- but its just a tube of knitting and i gave up cos i couldn't make anything cept teapot cossies outta it.

    I just dunno what to do after the slip knot. haha

    I wanna knit! But it's so difficult to understand the pics. It's always easier being shown in person!

    But good on you! Atleast you got it!

    I can't sew either, yet my hubby works the sewing machine like a piece of cake lol.

    Ok I knit and crochet and do about a million other crafts and I am totaly hooked I do it when Im stressed happy borred lonely anytime I can I craft. Ok so yes for valentines day my bf gave me a knitting book it was so cute and romantic

    I knit and chrochet to pass the time when df is gone. It kind of distracts me from how much I miss him.
