Making Reciving Blankets - Hobby Lobby

I went out and Bought A Pixie Singer Sewing Machine its purple lol

I ended up spending 16 Dollars on fabric and I am going to be able to get 6 Blankets and 6 Burp Cloths out of it I'll post some pictures in a min. I am debating on wether I want to double up the fabric in the receiving blankets or just leave it. I dont mind it being white on the inside..

This is the Size of the Blankets I used one I bought to Gauge it its actually a little larger than a average size

Burp Cloth

Froggies w/camo

Monkeys

Its Early to do this but hey it keeps me occupied lol

That is what i am thinking of doing, i just really want some unique burp cloths and stuff and i have seen such cute material, post pics when you are done

Well Its cheaper when I saw how much they want for like 3 blankets like 11 dollars I was a little surprised and there is alot of cute fabric. I'll post when I get them sewed hopefully next week gotta learn how to operate this thing first

It works that all I care about I dont really sew let alone know how. If it breaks though I'm thinking I might just spend the extra 20 and get a bigger one Hubby picked this one out lol

Where did you get the monkey material? I bought an outfit that matches that material perfectly and i am totally one of those moms that needs everything to match
