I know they sell embroidery floss (for needlepoint projects), I don't remember if they sell the kind on the spools for sewing machine. Joann's would be my next guess if you're looking for spools of thread.

No, they don't. Which is stupid.

If it's a basic color: black, white, etc. they often have them just at a drugstore like RiteAid or CVS.
