Dependson what type of post processing I'm doing. Things like tweaking exposure I'll process in RAW, but things like running actions I'll process in JPEG.
ETA: When I edit in JPEG it's because I've already done what I needed to in RAW and converted. I tend to go back to images a lot and try out different PP techniques on them. It's just faster to use the JPEG image since all those are saved on my computer itself, but I have RAW versions of everything saved on an exteranl hard drive. |

I just don't care for it anymore and I dont usually need to edit exposure or anything like that. When I did shoot in RAW, I would edit in RAW and then convert to JPG. Now, I dont even bother with all the extra steps. I just shoot in JPG, edit and save.

I ALWAYS edit in raw! After I do the edits in raw, I'll save as a tiff and then a jpeg. I save the jpegs so I can use them online, but keep the tiffs because they hold more data and don't get damaged from editing.

I just came back from taking a class with this lady named Tracy Wright Corvo
http://www.tracywrightcorvo.com/ She told us we should shoot raw always and then go from there. Yes the files take more room but you have a better file to work with. I loved that class!!!

I shoot and edit in RAW, then convert to JPEG when I'm done, saving the RAW file in a seperate place if I ever want to go back. I've just started doing it this way after having a discussion with my photorgaphy teacher about it.
